Emergency Dispatch

Upon system failure, call Titan Power’s 24-hour phone number, 1-800- 509-6170, and log an emergency service or technical assistance request by providing:

1. company name
2. contact name
3. phone number
4. description of the problem

The call will be handled by our service manager, or if after hours, patched directly to the assigned TPI on-call service engineer who will immediately qualify the situation and provide verbal instructions. 

If it is determined that a site visit is necessary, a qualified field engineer will be dispatched within the hour.
