Upon system failure, call Titan Power’s 24-hour phone number, (800) 509-6170, to request emergency service or technical assistance by providing:

1. company name
2. contact name
3. phone number
4. description of the problem

The call will be handled by our Field Service Department, or if it is after normal business hours, patched directly to the assigned Titan Power on-call Field Service Engineer who will immediately qualify the situation. Verbal instructions will be provided, or, if it is determined that a site visit is necessary, a qualified Field Service Engineer will be dispatched within the hour.
