About Electrical Assessment & Analysis

You can’t see a loose connection, an overloaded circuit, or a power quality problem until it causes a failure. By then, the cost is measured in downtime. The only way to know what your electrical system is really doing is to measure it, under real load, with the right instruments.

Titan Power measures heat, load, and power quality while your equipment stays energized, so there is no facility shutdown. Our ASNT Level I thermographers and NFPA 70E trained technicians use calibrated test equipment, and every assessment ends with a formal written report with findings ranked by severity, so you know exactly what to fix first. Services can be ordered individually or combined into a full site assessment.

Assessment Services

Infrared Thermography

Infrared scanning of energized gear at full load, the only time a fault is visible. Thermography reveals loose or corroded connections, overloaded or unbalanced circuits, and failing breakers and terminations before they fail.

Load Studies

Metered recording of real demand over time, not nameplate math or estimates. Load studies show your true peak demand and headroom, phase imbalance across panels, and available capacity, so you know what your system can handle before you add load or size a UPS.

Power Quality Analysis

Monitoring of the electrical waveform itself to explain equipment faults with no obvious cause. We identify harmonic distortion and its source, sags, swells, and transients, and whether the problem comes from the utility or inside your building.

Arc Flash Studies

Safety assessments and hazard boundary analysis to help protect the people who work on your electrical equipment and support compliance with NFPA 70E requirements.

Site Electrical Assessments

A complete evaluation of your facility’s electrical infrastructure, combining our assessment services into one comprehensive report that gives you a clear picture of your system’s condition and a roadmap for what to address first.

Formal Assessment Report

A written, documented report you can hand to leadership, an insurer, or an auditor, including annotated thermal images and meter data, equipment-level location and identification, photo documentation of each condition, findings ranked by severity and risk, prioritized corrective recommendations, and baseline data for trending year over year.
