Titan Power recently completed two critical infrastructure projects for a global mining company, strengthening both facility-level power and cooling and the systems supporting its automation operations.
The first project involved a full-scope upgrade centered on two net-new Vertiv CRAC units and two net-new Vertiv UPS units. Our team ran electrical circuits exceeding 200 feet to support all four units and handled mechanical installation of the CRAC systems from the ground floor up to the roof, where the condensing units were set in place by crane. We also installed two distribution panels in the MDF room, each feeding six receptacles for full redundancy, and managed the complete engineering design and permit submission to the City of Phoenix AH, along with Vertiv to safely start up each system.
The second project supported the client’s automation program with two net-new Eaton UPS systems, each including a UPS unit, battery cabinet, and internal step-down transformer. Our team landed and terminated all connections, then partnered with Eaton to bring the systems online safely and properly.
